Tricog health is among the six startups that were selected by GE Healthcare under its India Edison Accelerator Programme-a first-of-its-kind initiative that aims to co-create technology solutions that will enable healthcare providers to deliver precision health, aiming to accelerate the transformation of the healthcare industry. The startup is enabled to work with healthcare industry experts from within and outside GE on their product development for six months; build and scale their technologies for the targeted market.

GE Healthcare had set up a partnership with Tricog Health in the year 2015 and ever since then, they embarked on the mission of identifying and mitigating roadblocks facing healthcare quality and delivery. Tricog was the first startup on-boarded on the GE Healthcare accelerator program five. eight. This partnership led to the creation of Cloud-connected ECG devices in indigent areas to help physicians detect heart complications. The solution has reached the remotest of areas and saved thousands of patients. In a span of six years, this Bangalore-based startup has deployed its products and solutions in more than 14+ countries, served 6 million+ patients, saved 200 K+ lives, and empowered above 12Kmedical professionals worldwide. It has a strong client base that includes customers like Apollo Hospitals, Metropolis, Manipal Hospital, Max Healthcare, Neuberg diagnostics, Fortis, and many others.

In 2020, this AI-driven health-tech firm received a funding of $10.5 million in a Series B funding round from UTEC – The University of Tokyo Edge Capital, Japan; Aflac Ventures, LLC, Japan; TeamFund, USA and Dream Incubator, Japan.
